Improving Your Interview Skills

Ace Your Next Interview!

After applying to dozens of jobs, and waiting for what seems like forever to hear back about your application, you’ve scored an interview with a real-life person for a job you really want—but the hard part isn’t over yet.

Going on a job interview is like going on a first date, only with higher stakes. Even if you think that you’re the most qualified, perfect candidate for the job, a dozen other applicants could be too. This means that taking the time to focus on the details of your interaction could very well set you apart and make all the difference.

Join me for Improving Your Interview Skills, a focus group I’m launching on Saturday, November 21st for anyone who wants to brush up on or perfect their interviewing skills.

My goal for this resource is to help people alleviate the stress around an interview by building their confidence and offering a space to share questions and concerns.

Meet Ray Campbell, Facilitator of Improving Your Interview Skills

First Impressions Are Everything

An interview can last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the position and the company. Even if you get a full hour of one-on-one time with an interviewer, that’s still a tight window to squeeze all your good qualities and personality traits into!

Some people are seemingly born with the ability to be charming, attentive, and well-spoken, making interviews easy-breezy. The rest of us, thankfully, have science and research that can help us develop effective ways to connect with our interviewer and talk about ourselves in a positive light.

I can say from experience that building good interview skills is an art that takes practice and preparation. Start here with this focus group, and we’ll work together to get you hired!

I Can’t Wait to Share With You On Saturday, November 21st at 9:00 am EST!
